Regarding Payment (Upon Arrival):
If you have already booked Wadi Rum Tour only , please note that :
- Payment will be upon arrival to Wadi Rum to our guide directly by cash ONLY in JOD (Jordan Dinar) or its equivalent in USD $ (US Dollars)
- Do We accept credit cards for Wadi Rum Tour only ? Apologies but unfortunately not. We kindly request payment in cash upon arrival, and there is no service for VISA/MASTER, There is no ATM and no exchange office in Wadi Rum. We cannot take payment by credit card. So please come prepared. Jordanian Dinars are the preferred currency but we can also accept USD or Euros(paper, no coins).
How To Find/Meet Our Guide(s) in Wadi Rum :
When you arrive the Visitors Center of Wadi Rum, you should buy your entrance ticket. It costs you 5JD per person. When you are in the office to get your ticket, please ask the person who is working there for our guide : "Saleem Metlak Zalabia" and his Mobile Number is +962776409977, let him call Saleem, He will call him and then you will drive 5 km by your car to Wadi Rum village, Saleem will meet you in the Resthouse, the restaurant in the beginning at Wadi Rum village ... In case if you dont have a car , he will arrange a car to pick you up from the visitors center of Wadi Rum within five minutes . If you come with a taxi driver , please let him also to call Saleem (+962776409977) in advacne ...

- From Petra to Wadi Rum & Vice Versa for a car with 04 seats is 40 JD per way (for all) and for mini-van with 7 seats is 70 JD per way (for all) , this would be in private transfer , brand-new car/mini-van with English speaking driver
- From Aqaba to Wadi Rum & Vice Versa for a car with 04 seats is 30 JD per way (for all) and for mini-van with 7 seats is 45 JD per way (for all) , this would be in private transfer , brand-new car/mini-van with English speaking driver
- From Amman /Airport/Madaba /Daed Sea to Wadi Rum & Vice Versa for a car with 04 seats is 100 JD per way (for all) and for mini-van with 7 seats is 130 JD per way (for all) , this would be in private transfer , brand-new car/mini-van with English speaking driver

Where you will park your rental car & is it safe to park there ?
If you travel by car to Wadi Rum you can park your vehicle in Rum Village, 6km after the Visitor’s Centre where a our guide/representative will welcome you. This parking is located at the Tourist Police site and is a safe spot to leave your car, where all tourists park their cars ...

Arrival & Departure from/to Wadi Rum :
It depends on your tour , if your tour ends the next morning , we will drop you off at 08.00 am or before at the visitors center or at the car parking spot , if you have a tour the next day/days ..etc , we will leave you at the visitors center or where is your car paking sopt is ..
