Baitul Hikmah Academy

All praise to Allah for his mercy. Selawat and salam to prophet Muhammad ( PBUH ), his companions and all of his ummah.

First of all, I would like to thank to President of Persatuan Mahasiswa Malaysia Universiti Mu’tah ( PERMATA ), brother Ahmad Amiruddin Bin Ibrahim for his permission to continue Baitul Hikmah Academy under his session.

Introduction :

The Baitul Hikmah Academy was launched in 2008 under Brother Mohammad Syaheed Bin Mohammad Nizar administrative. This unit headed by a director which selected by Ahli Majlis Tertinggi ( AMT ) PERMATA and assisted by few members. Baitul Hikmah is not an organization like other bureau of PERMATA, but the concept is a small group formed for research and translation activities to improve academic achievement of PERMATA.

Vision and Mission Baitul Hikmah :

Baitul Hikmah was founded to support the academic vision of PERMATA by combination between translation and writing skill. Baitul Hikmah also set up as a central for research and development project.

Even the movement of Baitul Hikmah is more limited than bureau and representative; we try to provide a few benefit activities to students.

The activities planned by Baitul Hikmah:-

1. Translation tutorial.
2. Writing skill programme.
3. Interview with lecturers of Mu’tah University about academic and Islamic issue
4. Research and development ( R & D ).

At present, there are about 12 members were selected from first year and second year students.

Even we prefer to limit our membership; we still open this opportunity to all of PERMATA members to join us.

Hopefully, I encourage all of PERMATA members to support our effort and share opinions in order to make Baitul Hikmah more excellent and efficient.
